• Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure third-party payment gateways (including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and authorized Wallets). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional verification or convenience fees may apply as indicated at checkout.
  
  

3. Product Descriptions & Visual Accuracy

• Handcrafted / Small Batch Variations: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and silhouettes of our garments as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or screen settings.
  
  
• Inaccuracies & Typos: Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
  
  

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Order Confirmation: Receipt of an automated order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of an order.
  
  
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, suspected fraud, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
  
  
• Customer Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch by contacting us at amaayalifestyle@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard Return Policy.
  
  

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing & Timelines: Standard domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping across India generally takes 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  
  
• Delivery Delays: While we partner with reliable national logistics services, delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, regional lockdowns, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
  
  
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  
  

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Policy Compliance: Returns and exchanges are governed strictly by our Return & Exchange Policy.
  
  
• Conditions: Items eligible for return or exchange must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging.
  
  
• Reverse Pickups & Store Credit: Requests for return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit after quality inspection of the returned garment.

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts under Indian law.
  
  
• To violate any international, federal, or state regulations, rules, or laws.
  
  
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights (including copying garment designs, brand imagery, logos, or copy) or the intellectual property rights of others.
  
  
• To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software that will or may be used in any way to compromise site functionality.
  
  
• To collect or track the personal information of others or engage in unauthorized scraping or data extraction.
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

• Disclaimer: We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  
  
• Limitation: In no case shall Amaaya Clothing/ Amaaya Lifestyle, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
